1. The Access Control module appears as a dedicated app on the Odoo home screen, giving administrators a single entry point to manage all user permissions across menus, fields, and approvals.

2. The Menu Rights Manager displays all menus and sub-menus for the selected user and module, showing real-time access status (Granted / No Access) with individual CRUD permission toggles for Create, Read, Edit, and Delete. Bulk Grant All and Revoke All actions allow instant permission management across all menus at once.

3. The Fields Rights Control dashboard lists all fields of the selected model with their technical name and data type. Each field can be individually set to Full Access, Read Only, or Hide Field. Menu tabs are sorted by native Odoo sequence and a live search bar allows instantly filtering fields by name.

4. The Threshold Settings screen lets administrators configure per-user rules by selecting a target model, the action button to restrict, and the field to evaluate against a maximum allowed value automatically blocking the action once the limit is exceeded.

5. When a restricted action is attempted, the record displays a "Send to Approval" button in place of the original action, replacing it with a "Waiting for Approval" banner once submitted.

6. The Approvals inbox displays all pending, approved, and rejected tickets with the requested user, document reference, blocked amount, and configured limit, allowing managers to approve or reject.
