Kaizen Visitor Management (HR Visitor Pass) by Kaizen Principles Helps front-desk and HR teams control on-site access while keeping daily reception work simple. Administrators define a streamlined visitor flow with required fields (host employee, department, purpose) and an approval-light statusâDraft, Confirmed, Exit, or Cancelled. On confirmation, the system assigns a unique Visitor ID and enables one-click pass printing. Staff get clean, focused worklists across standard viewsâKanban, List, Calendar, Pivot, and Graphâwhile Chatter logs every note and activity for auditability.
