Inventory Adjustment and Scrapping with Odoo Barcode Scanner
Easily manage inventory adjustments and product scrapping with our Odoo Inventory Barcode Scanner. In addition to inventory operations, you can now scan and assign barcodes or QR codes while creating new products or updating existing ones directly from your mobile device. Use the Odoo Mobile Barcode Scanner and Odoo QR Code Scanner to handle inventory, products, sales, and purchases seamlessly, without any additional hardware.
Quickly add QR codes or barcodes to products by scanning them using a barcode scanner or a mobile device camera.
In Inventory Adjustment, select or scan the stock location, add products, update counted quantities, assign lots if required, and click ‘Proceed’ to update the stock.
Click on the ‘Lots’ button to assign or manage lot/serial numbers for the selected product.
If the product is lot/serial tracked, you can assign the lot/serial number manually or by scanning it.
After successfully assigning a lot/serial.
Products can be added by scanning their barcode or by manually selecting them from the dropdown list. Once selected, click ‘Add’ to include the product in the inventory adjustment.
To scrap products, select the company, choose or scan the stock and scrap locations, and click ‘Proceed’ to update the stock efficiently.
After successfully scrapping or performing an inventory adjustment, you will receive a notification confirming that the stock has been updated.
If your barcode is not scanned properly, you can manually enter the barcode number and click ‘Scan’ to add the product.
With your mobile, you can easily scan products during inventory adjustments and scrapping in our Smart Dashboard. Simply click ‘Scan Barcode’ to open the camera.
Easily assign a lot/serial number to a product using your mobile. Just click ‘Scan Lot’ and scan the product’s lot/serial to assign it.
Odoo Internal Transfer Barcode Scanner
Simplify stock movement within your warehouse using the Odoo Transfer Barcode Scanner. Quickly scan source and destination locations, add products via barcode or QR code, and assign lot/serial numbers with ease. This mobile-enabled solution ensures fast and accurate internal transfers, reducing manual effort and improving inventory visibility with real-time updates.
On the Internal Transfer screen, select or scan the source location, then add products either manually or via barcode scanning. choose or scan the destination location to proceed with the transfer.
If the product is lot/serial tracked, you can assign the lot/serial number manually or by scanning it.
Click the Confirm button to create the Internal Transfer.
Here, you can view the internal transfers that have been created.
Odoo Receipt Barcode Scanner (Incoming Transfer)
Accelerate your receiving process with the Odoo Receipt Barcode Scanner. Easily scan incoming products using a barcode scanner or mobile device, update quantities, and assign mandatory lot/serial numbers for tracked items. This solution enhances accuracy, speeds up validation, and ensures smooth stock updates for all incoming transfers in Odoo.
On the Incoming Transfer screen, select the desired receipt from the dropdown, then update or scan the location and adjust the receipt destination, date, or product details as required. For products tracked by lot, a red “Lots” button will appear this must be used to assign lot numbers before validation, as it is mandatory for lot-tracked items.
If the product is lot/serial tracked, you can assign the lot/serial number manually or by scanning it.
Click Validate Receipt to complete and confirm the receipt.

The Delivery Transfer screen in Odoo enables efficient shipment processing by allowing users to select a delivery order, set source and destination locations, and scan products to update quantities. For lot-tracked items, lot numbers must be assigned before completing the transfer.
If the product is lot/serial tracked, you can assign the lot/serial number manually or by scanning it.
Click Validate Delivery to complete and confirm the delivery .
Here, you can view validated delivery.

Odoo QR Code Generator – Generate Unique QR Codes for Products
Easily create unique QR codes for your products using the Odoo QR Code Generator. Generate and print QR code labels in any size for seamless product management.
Select the product for which you want to generate a QR code, then click ‘Generate QR’.
If the product already has a QR code and you want to overwrite it, enable ‘Overwrite Existing QR in Product’. If not, leave it disabled. Then click the ‘Generate QR’ button.
QR codes have been successfully generated for all products based on the sequence selected in the configuration.

Easily configure scanning features in Odoo by selecting the fields to use during scanning, and set up QR code generation by choosing a sequence. This ensures smooth operation of your Odoo Barcode Scanner and Odoo QR Code Generator.
Select the ‘Scanning Based On’ field from which you want to scan products.
Configure a time delay (seconds) between two product scans on mobile devices.
Select ‘QR Sequence’ to generate product QR codes according to the chosen sequence. If you want QR codes to be created automatically when a new product is created, enable ‘Generate QR Code Automatically on New Product Creation’.
