Italy - Margin VAT - Export & Intrastat
Deux besoins que le regime del margine cree et qu'aucun export natif ne couvre.
1. L'export pour le commercialista. Il n'existe pas d'equivalent italien du FEC : chaque logiciel de cabinet (Zucchetti, TeamSystem, Sistemi, Datev Koinos...) a son format d'import. Plutot que d'ecrire un connecteur par editeur — impossible a maintenir et inutile tant qu'on ne sait pas lequel le client utilise — l'export produit un fichier PLAT et COMPLET : une ligne par operation, toutes les colonnes dont un import a besoin, en CSV comme en XLSX. N'importe quel logiciel sait mapper des colonnes ; aucun ne sait deviner une donnee absente.
2. Le releve INTRA 1-bis. Une cession en regime del margine n'est PAS une cession intracommunautaire : l'art. 37 co. 2 du D.L. 41/1995 la taxe dans le pays du cedant. Elle doit malgre tout figurer dans les elenchi riepilogativi a des fins PUREMENT STATISTIQUES quand l'acquereur est un assujetti d'un autre Etat membre. Ce releve les liste, avec la mention de leur nature, pour que le commercialista remplisse la partie statistique sans faire entrer ces montants dans la partie fiscale.
