The provider adapter that connects the 3PL Connector to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment via the Selling Partner API - fulfil your non-Amazon orders from FBA stock, with despatch write-back, tracking links, returns and live sellable inventory.
What the adapter covers
|
Orders out, on your terms Confirmed orders push to MCF with the shipping speed resolved from the requested-method mapping (Standard, Expedited, Priority), unbranded packaging (Blank Box), Block Amazon Logistics and signature-on-delivery options, and your choice of Fill or Kill / Fill All policy. Create on hold reserves FBA stock for 14 days - press Release when you are ready. Amend an unshipped order with Update at 3PL. |
Despatches and proof of delivery Despatch write-back carries per-package tracking numbers, customer-facing tracking links (swiship.com) and manufacturer lot codes, validated as native Odoo stock moves. Proof of delivery tells you who signed and when. |
|
Returns Customer returns register with Amazon through the core app's RMA lifecycle, including Amazon's RMA page with barcode and mailing label for your customer - no seller-central detour. |
FBA stock, honestly counted Stock sync uses the FBA fulfillable quantity - what is sellable right now, not units still inbound or reserved - so Odoo availability reflects what MCF can actually ship. Built on Fulfillment Outbound 2020-07-01 and FBA Inventory v1, with daily status polling. |
Setup in four steps
- Install this adapter alongside the 3PL Connector core app.
- Create an instance, pick Amazon MCF, sign in with your Login with Amazon credentials and press Test Connection - tokens renew automatically from then on.
- Map your marketplace to an Odoo warehouse and Load Requested Methods to map checkout services to Amazon's shipping speeds (Standard, Expedited, Priority).
- Choose your syncs, set your fulfilment policy and packaging options, activate, and watch the first order arrive in the Sync Log.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need AWS infrastructure?
No. Amazon's push notifications require your own AWS setup, so this
adapter deliberately uses daily polling for order status, despatches
and stock instead - no AWS account, queues or endpoints to run.
Statuses arrive on the poll schedule rather than in real time.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Any Selling Partner API region - Europe, North America and Far East.
Each marketplace maps to an Odoo warehouse, and you can run several
instances side by side.
Do I need an Amazon seller account with FBA stock first?
Yes - this adapter connects an existing account. Multi-Channel
Fulfilment ships your non-Amazon orders (your webshop, other
channels) from the FBA stock you already hold.
Can I change or cancel an order after pushing it?
While it is unshipped, yes - Update at 3PL amends the MCF order, and
cancelling in Odoo cancels at Amazon. Create-on-hold goes further:
stock is reserved for 14 days and nothing ships until you press
Release.
