Product setup push Send product setup to the 3PL from the product form or in bulk: SKU, barcode, customs and tariff data (HS code, country of origin) and the batch-tracking flag, so the warehouse creates each item exactly as Odoo defines it. |
Bulk push tools Push your whole catalogue, or any selection, in one run. Every item is matched, created or updated at the provider, with each result recorded in the core app's Sync Log so partial failures are visible and retryable. |

Catalogue enrichment Keep the 3PL's product records aligned with Odoo as your catalogue evolves - descriptions, customs data and tracking settings flow to the provider so goods-in, despatch and customs paperwork all work from the same source of truth. |
Reorder levels Your Odoo reordering rules are mirrored to the 3PL per mapped warehouse, so the warehouse sees the same minimum stock levels your replenishment planning uses - no separate spreadsheet to maintain at the provider. |
All features work with whichever provider adapters you have installed (Sprint Logistics, ShipHero), subject to each provider's capabilities - the pack unlocks the flows, the adapters speak each provider's API.
Setup in three steps
- Install this pack alongside the 3PL Connector core app and at least one provider adapter.
- Switch on the product sync on your instance - the Products menu and the push buttons are already there.
- Push a single product from its form, or run a bulk push, and follow the results in the Sync Log. Reorder levels mirror automatically from your reordering rules per mapped warehouse.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the core app?
Yes - this is a capability pack for the 3PL Connector, not a
standalone app. It unlocks the product flows inside the core app and
does nothing on its own.
Does it work with both providers?
Yes - the pack unlocks product flows for whichever adapters you have
installed (Sprint Logistics, ShipHero), subject to what each
provider's API supports.
What happens to existing data if I uninstall?
The Products menu, sync switch and push buttons disappear, and product
pushes stop. Your products, mappings and sync history stay untouched -
reinstall the pack and everything is back where you left it.
I am an existing customer upgrading from the all-in-one version - what changes?
Nothing. Databases upgrading from earlier versions get both capability
packs installed automatically, so every flow you had keeps working.
