What this module does
Lot Label Report adds a one-click PDF lot label printout to your Delivery Orders. Open any delivery, choose Print, and the module automatically generates one professional A4 label for every lot found in the delivery move lines.
Each label carries full lot traceability, your company branding, and optional organic certification details, all pulled live from your Odoo company, product and lot records. No hardcoding, no manual data entry, and it works cleanly in multi-company environments.

Both your internal lot number and the supplier origin lot number appear on every label for end-to-end traceability. |

How it works

Configure your label once
In Settings, Inventory, Lot Label, upload your EU Organic certification logo, enter your certification number (for example Skal 112267, NL-BIO-01), set the origin classification label, and set the bags description. |

Fill in product and lot data
On the Product form, enter the Shelf Life in months. On each Lot or Serial Number, fill in Crop, Production Date, and Lot From Origin. |

Open a Delivery Order
Pick any outgoing delivery. The module reads the lots directly from the delivery move lines, so there is nothing to select or type. |

Print and go
Choose Print from the action menu and get a clean A4 PDF with one branded, fully traceable label per lot, ready to send straight to the printer. |
