Key Features and Functionality

• Material Requisition Form
• The Material Requisition Form has been enhanced to display the Equipment Name field on the requisition line for Material Requisition users, and to show both the Equipment Name and Equipment Details on the requisition line for managers.
• Material Requisition Line Actions
• Requisition Line Actions include Equipment and Equipment with Picking, enabling action-based processing at the individual requisition line level.
• Automated Picking and PO Creation and Equipment Creation
• Based on the requisition line action configuration, the system supports creating Purchase Orders, internal picking, and equipment assignment, including equipment creation with internal picking and capture of equipment location details, with internal picking linked to the equipment location.
• Smart Navigation and Traceability
• The Material Requisition includes an Equipment smart button to view linked equipment, and the Material Requisition reference is stored on the equipment record.
• Internal Picking Visibility
• The Material Requisition allows users to view internal picking records, including a dedicated internal picking view for Equipment with Internal Picking, with the internal picking reference updated on the Material Requisition.
• Validation and Controls
• The system enforces equipment selection validation at the requisition line level during picking and Purchase Order creation, preventing assignment of equipment already linked to another employee and ensuring one-to-one equipment assignment integrity.
• Reporting
• The Material Requisition PDF report includes the Equipment Name, ensuring clear equipment traceability in printed reports.
