Select Sales Quotations to Merge
The user selects multiple sales quotations from the quotations list and launches the Merge Orders action directly from the Odoo actions menu.
Configure a New Sales Merge
This popup lets the user merge selected sales quotations into a brand new quotation and choose what should happen to the remaining source records after the merge.
Review the Newly Created Sales Order
After merging, Odoo creates a fresh quotation that keeps the combined data in one place while the previously selected quotations are marked as cancelled.
Merge Sales Orders Into an Existing Order
The module also supports merging selected sales quotations into an existing target sale order, giving users more control over how the merge is handled.
Existing Sales Order Updated Successfully
Once the merge is completed, the chosen target quotation remains active with merged details and the other selected quotations are cancelled automatically.
Start Merge From Purchase RFQs
In the purchase app, users can select multiple requests for quotation for the same vendor and trigger Merge Orders from the actions menu.
Create a New Merged RFQ
The same merge wizard works for purchase documents, allowing the user to create one new RFQ while cancelling the remaining selected source documents.
Final Merged Purchase RFQ
The result is a single active RFQ containing the merged purchase information, while the original selected RFQs are clearly shown as cancelled for clean traceability.
