Merge Orders Action
Select two or more purchase orders which is
in RFQ or RFQ sent state and in 'Action' tab
there is an option ' Advanced Merge RFQ'.
Merge Orders Wizard
When click on the Merge Orders in
'Action' it will open a Wizard.
In the wizard there is four options in
Merge Type.
1.Cancel all selected purchase order and Create new order.
2.Delete all selected purchase order and Create new order.
3.Merge order on existing selected order and cancel others.
4.Merge order on existing selected order and delete others.

Frequently Asked Questions
What states must the RFQs be in before I can merge them?
All selected Requests for Quotation (RFQs) must be in either the Draft (RFQ) or Sent (RFQ Sent) state. If any selected order is in a confirmed, locked, or cancelled state, the wizard will raise an error and prevent the merge.
What are the different merge types available, and how do they differ?
The module offers four merge strategies:
- Cancel and Create New – Cancels all selected RFQs and creates a brand-new purchase order with their combined lines.
- Delete and Create New – Same as above, but permanently deletes the original RFQs instead of cancelling them.
- Merge into Existing (Cancel Others) – Merges all selected RFQs into one chosen existing RFQ, and cancels the rest.
- Merge into Existing (Delete Others) – Same as above, but permanently deletes the non-target RFQs.
