Appraisals are created but review meetings never get scheduled
HR creates appraisals and then waits for managers to schedule the review meeting themselves. Without an automatic prompt, meetings get delayed - appraisals sit in New state for weeks with no scheduled date, and employees do not know when to expect their review.
