The Problem
ECOs stall without an assigned reviewer or review deadline
Engineering Change Orders are created but the responsible engineer only notices when they check their PLM queue - which may be days later. ECOs stall in New state without a reviewer assigned, and the escalation automation only fires after the review window has already passed.
