Approve: High-Value PO
Blocks purchase order confirmation when the untaxed amount exceeds your threshold - the purchase manager approves or rejects inline on the order.

The Problem
Large purchase orders go through without senior sign-off
Any buyer can confirm a purchase order regardless of the amount. High-value commitments to vendors are made without management review, budget checks, or procurement policy enforcement. The purchase manager finds out after the order is already confirmed.
What You Get

Configurable amount threshold
Set the untaxed amount limit above which PO confirmation requires approval. Configure per-company from Settings > Approval Gate Rules.

Inline Approve or Reject
The Approve and Reject buttons appear directly on the purchase order - no separate approval app to open.

Full chatter audit trail
Every approval and rejection is logged to the PO chatter with approver name and timestamp for compliance purposes.

Up and Running
Install once — works automatically
Step 1 - Install
Install Approve: High-Value PO. The Approval Gate Engine installs automatically.
Step 2 - Configure threshold
Go to Settings > Technical > Approval Gate Rules, open 'High-Value PO Approval', set the amount threshold and approver user, then enable.
Done - gate is active
Any PO above the threshold will show Approve/Reject buttons and block confirmation until the manager acts.
