Block credit note posting until an accounting manager approves inline - preventing unauthorized refunds from reaching your books without review.

The Problem
Credit notes post without any approval step
In standard Odoo, any user with accounting rights can post a credit note and reverse revenue immediately. There is no gate between creating a refund and it hitting the books. Unauthorized reversals, duplicate credit notes, and accidental reversals all go through without friction. Managers discover the problem after the fact, not before it happens.

Up and Running
Install once - works automatically
Step 1 - Install
Install mjb_approve_refund. The approval gate rule is created automatically.
Step 2 - Configure approver
Go to Settings > Technical > Approval Rules. Set the approver for the credit note gate.
Done - it's working
Try to post a credit note - the Approve button will appear and posting will be blocked until approval.

Scope and limitations
Gates credit note posting only - vendor refunds and other move types are not affected
Requires the Approval Gate Engine (mjb_approval_rule) to be installed
One configured approver per rule - multi-level approval requires additional configuration
Approved credit notes remain approved - there is no expiry or re-approval mechanism
