The Problem
High-value orders confirm without any management review
Large sale orders can be confirmed by any salesperson without any mandatory senior review. One mistaken price, wrong discount, or unapproved special term goes through unchecked. By the time the error is caught, the commitment has already been made.

Configurable amount threshold
Set the untaxed amount limit above which SO confirmation requires approval. Adjust at any time from Settings > Approval Gate Rules.

Inline Approve or Reject
The Approve and Reject buttons appear directly on the sale order - the manager reviews in context, not in a separate app.

Full chatter audit trail
Every approval and rejection is logged to the order chatter with approver name and timestamp.

Up and Running
Install once — works automatically
Step 1 - Install
Install Approve: High-Value SO. The Approval Gate Engine installs automatically.
Step 2 - Configure threshold
Go to Settings > Technical > Approval Gate Rules, open 'High-Value SO Approval', set the amount threshold and approver user, then enable.
Done - gate is active
Any SO above the threshold will show Approve/Reject buttons and block confirmation until the manager acts.

Gate applies to all sale orders above the threshold - not filterable by customer or team without customizing the condition
Threshold is a single global value per rule - multiple tiers require multiple rules
