Install the module from Apps. The module adds the Executive Helpdesk application and dashboard menus.
Step 2 - Open Executive Helpdesk
Open the Executive Helpdesk app from the Odoo app menu and start from the Executive Home landing page.
Step 3 - Choose a Center
Open Executive Dashboard, Executive Comparison Dashboard, Analytics Center, Forecast Center, Helpdesk Health, Advanced Insights, Executive Alerts, Scheduled Reports, or Dashboard Settings.
