Discount Buttons
You can see two buttons: Apply Global Discount and Remove Discounts from Cart.
Global Discount Popup
After clicking the Global Discount button, a popup appears where you can apply a global discount. The popup provides two discount options: apply the discount by a price or by a percentage.

Remove Discount Button
Click the Remove Discounts button to remove all applied discounts from the cart.
