Installation & Usage

  • Install like a standard Odoo module
  • Open **Helpdesk → Stages**, assign a Signature Request Email Template
  • When a ticket moves to that stage, customer receives signing email
  • Customer opens portal → clicks **Accept & Sign**
  • Signature is saved on ticket & displayed in backend

Installation

  1. Copy this module into your Odoo custom addons directory.
  2. Restart the Odoo server.
  3. Activate Developer Mode.
  4. Install the module from Apps → Portal Helpdesk Ticket Signature Pro | eSignature for Helpdesk Workflow.
  5. Open Helpdesk → Configuration → Stages and set the Signature Request Email Template.
  6. Move a ticket into that stage → customer receives email to sign the ticket.
  7. Customer signs directly from the portal via modal window.
