This Odoo 19 Project extension by Odonity empowers project teams to define reusable checklist templates per task stage and automatically apply them when a task enters that stage. Monitor progress as a visual percentage bar on Kanban cards, list view, and the task form.

Installation
- Copy this module into your Odoo custom addons directory.
- Restart the Odoo server.
- Activate Developer Mode (Settings → Activate the developer mode).
- Go to Apps, click Update App List, then search for Project Task Checklist Pro.
- Click Install.
Configuration
- Navigate to Project → Checklist Templates → Manage Templates.
- Click New to create a template.
- Set the Task Stage field to automatically apply this checklist when a task enters that stage.
- Add checklist items — mark them as Mandatory if required before proceeding.
- Save. The template will now auto-apply to all tasks that enter the linked stage.
Usage
- Open any project task.
- Click the Checklist tab to see all checklist items.
- Tick the Done checkbox to complete an item. The completion timestamp and user are recorded automatically.
- Mandatory items are highlighted in red until completed.
- Use the Apply Stage Checklist button to manually add the current stage's template items.
- Use the Clear All Items button to remove all checklist items from a task.
- Use Filters → Checklist Complete / Incomplete / No Checklist in the task list or kanban view.
