BOQ Menu
Inside the Project Module you could see the BOQ menu.
Cost Code
You can create Cost Code from the Cost Code option inside the BOQ menu. Click on NEW to create a record.
Cost Header
You can create Cost Header from the Cost Header option inside the BOQ menu. Click on NEW to create a record.
Work Package
You can create Work Package from the Work Package option inside the BOQ menu. Click on NEW to create a record.
Detailed View Of Work Package
Bill Of Quantity
You can create Bill of Quantity from the Bill of Quantity option inside the BOQ menu. Click on NEW to create a record.
Materials
Here we can see the materials that can be used.
Purchase Product Directly
You can directly create a purchase order from the materials/products itself. For that click on the PURCHASE PRODUCT button inside the product.
Purchase Wizard
A wizard will popup and select the Vendor and the Quantity then click CONFIRM .
Purchase Record
After clicking CONFIRM user can see the created purchase order in Purchase Module.
Related Sale Order.
User can add the related sale orders under Related Sale Order tab in Project module.
Related Purchase Order
User can add the related purchase orders under Related Purchase Order tab in Project module.
Project Deliverables
User can see the project deliverables under Project Deliverables tab in Project module.
Work Package
User can add the work packages under Work Package tab in Project module.
My Tasks
User can see all their tasks under the My Tasks menu.
Material Planning
Open a task in my tasks, add material planning under Material Planning tab.
