FAQs

What is the difference between Task and Managerial escalations?
Task escalations are linked to specific project tasks and can be created by any user. Managerial escalations are for HR/personnel matters and are not linked to tasks.
Who receives email notifications?
Notifications are sent to the assigned user, the escalated-to user (if set), and the creator when stages change. All relevant parties stay informed automatically.
Can I customize the escalation stages?
The module comes with 4 standard stages (New, In Progress, Resolved, Closed). For custom stages, please contact us for customization services.
What modules are required?
This module requires Project, Mail, Calendar, and HR modules. These are standard Odoo modules available in all editions.
Can regular users delete escalations?
No, only Project Managers can delete escalations. Regular users can create, view, and edit escalations but cannot delete them.
Who can access the Analytics Dashboard?
The Dashboard is available only to users with the Project Manager role. It provides KPI cards, interactive charts (Stage, Type, Priority, Monthly Trend), project-wise resolution rates, and filters by date range, type, stage, priority, and project.
