Bridges Open WhatsApp Connector with the AI Connector for Odoo so AI agents can handle WhatsApp customer conversations intelligently — typically outside your office hours, while leaving conversations open for human operators during working time.
- A reusable AI Agent library (WhatsApp → Configuration → AI Agents): ships ready-made Customer Support, Sales, Appointment-Booking and General agents, and lets you create your own. Each agent has its own persona, model, context window, capabilities and limits.
- On the account you just tick Enable AI agent, optionally AI only outside office hours, and pick one or more agents.
- Multi-agent triage: link several agents and a lightweight router picks the best one for each conversation; agents can hand off to each other, to a department, or to a human.
- Read-only, conversation-scoped tools: an agent can look up THIS customer's own order status / recent orders and search the product catalog (never other customers' data; the model never picks record ids).
- Built-in security: an always-applied safety layer (prompt-injection resistant), per-agent tool allow-listing, strict customer/conversation data scoping, tool-argument validation, and per-conversation rate + token caps.
- Uses your AI Connector setup (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and 30+ providers; can run on your existing subscription — no per-token API fees).
Auto-installs only when both Open WhatsApp Connector and AI Connector for Odoo are installed, keeping the base connector free of an AI dependency.
