Bridges Open WhatsApp Connector with the AI Connector for Odoo so an AI agent can handle WhatsApp customer support intelligently — typically outside your office hours, while leaving conversations open for human operators during working time.
- Per-account "AI agent" toggle with an editable system prompt / persona.
- Runs only outside the account's Office Hours (optional), so humans handle live chats during the day and the AI covers after hours.
- Builds context from the recent conversation and replies through the same WhatsApp channel (works on both QR and Cloud API transports).
- Function-calling: routes a conversation to the right Department, or escalates to a human — assigning the Discuss channel, notifying the operator and pausing the AI so it doesn't talk over a person.
- Uses your AI Connector setup (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and 30+ providers; can run on your existing subscription — no per-token API fees).
Auto-installs only when both Open WhatsApp Connector and AI Connector for Odoo are installed, keeping the base connector free of an AI dependency.
