This module designed for optical shops. It manages eye checkups, sales, and inventory of glasses and contact lenses. The system tracks customer prescriptions, generates sale orders from confirmed checkups, and provides detailed eye test reports with role-based access control.

Optical ERP maintains a complete historical record of each customer’s checkups and prescriptions.Every new eye test is linked to the customer’s profile, making it easy to review past results, prescriptions, and purchases.
Role-Based Access Control and Detailed Reporting
The system supports user role-based access control, ensuring that sensitive information such as medical prescriptions and sales data is accessible only to authorized personnel.Additionally, the module includes a detailed Eye Checkup PDF Report that summarizes patient data, prescriptions, and recommendations in a professional, print-ready format. This enhances record-keeping and improves communication with customers.

- Access Rights
- Optical Consultant: Can create Sale Orders & Invoices, view only own prescriptions, and access to create Patients, Products, or Pricelists.
- Manager: Full access to Patients, Doctors, Clinics, and Sales (create & confirm orders), no access to Shopkeeper.
- Other User: Read-only access, can only create/update Time Slots, no access to create Patients, Doctors, or view others’ quotations.
Inside the Optical module, the Eye Checkup menu manages complete eye examination details, including patient information, test results, doctor observations, and prescription data, enabling doctors to record, review, and generate spectacle prescriptions efficiently.
Contains all key details related to the order for tracking and management.
This are the Recommendations.
When the Confirm button is clicked, the status changes to the Confirmed stage, and the Create Sale Order button becomes visible.
When the Create Sale Order button is clicked, the sale order is created and status change to the Done stage.
These are the sale orders inside iCheckup, where the sequence number and consultant fee are also fetched in the order.
An invoice is also created for the order.
This is a Kanban view for a better overview, allowing you to see all data categorized by state.
This is the calendar view to see eye checkup records sorted by date.
User can add all the details related to glasses and contact lenses in product configuration.
Inside Patients, all contact details can be viewed in this menu.
Inside Doctors, all doctor contact details are displayed in this menu.
