Maysoft Documents Clients POS
Factures et bons de livraison POS automatiques par client
Maysoft Documents Clients POS permet d'identifier les clients qui doivent recevoir automatiquement une facture ou un bon de livraison pour leurs ventes POS. Les documents sont préparés et envoyés par email à la clôture de la session POS.
Options par client
- Activer la facture POS automatique par client.
- Activer le bon de livraison POS automatique par client.
- Utiliser une adresse email dédiée aux documents POS.
- Envoyer les documents par email sans imposer l'impression caisse.
Flux de clôture de session
Les documents sont traités à la clôture de la session POS afin de tenir compte des ajustements et retours avant l'envoi final des emails.
Ce module dépend de Maysoft Contrôle Caisse.
