This module enhances the Odoo Point of Sale (POS) application by allowing you to easily customize, change, or completely hide the default "Powered by Odoo" text printed at the bottom of every POS receipt.
Perfect for adding your own brand, franchise details, or a custom thank you message without needing a developer to edit XML templates.

Configuration Guide
How to Setup
Go to Point of Sale → Configuration → Settings. Scroll down to the Bills & Receipts section:
- Check the "Use Custom Powered By Text" option.
- A new field called "Custom Text" will appear.
- Type your personalized message (e.g.
Powered by MyCompany). - If you want to remove the footer entirely, check the box but leave the text field completely empty.
- Save changes and open your POS session.
