1. PO, SO & Invoice Status Display
This feature provides real-time visibility into the status of Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Invoices. Users can track whether an order is in draft, confirmed, delivered, partially delivered, or fully paid. It also displays delivery and receipt details, giving complete transparency into the order lifecycle from creation to final settlement.
2. Product Details Display with Quantity
The system displays comprehensive product information, including product name, price, and available stock quantity. It also verifies whether the product exists in the system before processing any transaction. This ensures accurate order placement, avoids stock conflicts, and prevents errors caused by missing or inactive products in the database.
3. Sales Order Creation
