Overview
This app automates the document preparation process in Odoo Sign. It allows users to specify fields as Predefined ensuring they are automatically placed on any newly uploaded signature document.
By eliminating the need to manually drag and drop standard fields (like Name, Email, or Phone) every time a document is uploaded, this module significantly reduces effort.

How It Works
1. Configure Predefined Fields
Field Setup
Go to Sign > Configuration and open Fields. Enable the Is Predefined Field boolean for the fields you want to appear automatically (e.g., Name, Signature, etc.).
2. Upload Your Document
Standard Upload Workflow
Upload the document. The module detects the Predefined Fields and adds them in uploaded document.
for this example Name, Email, Phone, and Signature are set as predefined and Document is uploaded from default button.
3. Automatic Field Placement
Instant Ready-to-Sign
As soon as the document opens, the Name, Email, Phone, and Signature fields are already placed. No manual dragging required!
Note: fields are added at the last page vertically.
Now the document is ready for sign or send.
