Product Attachments Pro
Product Attachments Pro for Odoo enables store owners to upload and manage multiple downloadable files directly on eCommerce product pages. Attach PDFs, manuals, warranties, datasheets, or any document to your products and organize them using custom categories. Website visitors can filter attachments by category, and store managers can control visibility for logged-in or public users. Every download is automatically tracked, giving you insight into which files customers access most. Manage everything from the product form's dedicated "Website Attachments" tab, with a global enable/disable toggle available in Website Settings.

Category Filter on Website
Customers can filter product attachments by category directly on the product page. This makes it easy for them to quickly find the specific document they are looking for without scrolling through all files.
User-Based Visibility
Control whether each attachment is visible to all website visitors or only to logged-in customers. This gives store managers full flexibility to manage sensitive documents and restrict access where needed.
Download Count Tracking
Every file download is automatically counted and displayed alongside the attachment. This helps store managers understand which documents customers find most useful and make informed decisions about their content.
Add Attachment Wizard

Add Attachments to a Product
Path :- Invoicing → Products → [Product] → Website Attachments Tab
Open any product form and navigate to the "Website Attachments" tab. Click the "Add Attachment" button to upload files and assign them a category, allowed user type, and sequence.
Attachments Displayed on Product Page
Path :- Website → Shop → [Product Page] → Attachments Section
Once enabled, an Attachments section appears directly on the product page showing all uploaded files with their name, size, and download count under the "All" tab.
Attachment Description on Hover
Path :- Website → Shop → [Product Page] → Hover on Attachment
Customers can hover over any attachment to view its description as a tooltip, giving them more context about the file before downloading.
Filter by Category — Terms and Condition
Path :- Website → Shop → [Product Page] → Attachments → Category Tab
Customers can click on a specific category tab such as "Terms and Condition" to filter and view only the files belonging to that category.
Filter by Category — Legal
Path :- Website → Shop → [Product Page] → Attachments → Legal Tab
Clicking the "Legal" category tab filters the attachment list to show only legal documents, keeping the product page clean and easy to navigate.
Filter by Category — Policy
Path :- Website → Shop → [Product Page] → Attachments → Policy Tab
Similarly, selecting the "Policy" tab displays only policy-related files, allowing customers to quickly find and download the exact document they need.
User Guide
Enable Multi-Attachments from Website Settings
Path :- Settings → Website → eCommerce → Multi-Attachments
Enable the Multi-Attachments checkbox under the eCommerce section in Website Settings to activate the product attachment feature across your entire store.
Manage Attachment Categories
Path :- Website → Configuration → Attachment Categories
All attachment categories can be managed from a dedicated menu under Website Configuration. Store managers can view, create, and organize categories like Terms and Condition, Legal, and Policy from this list view, with drag-and-drop sequence control to define their display order on the website.
Create or Edit Attachment Category
Path :- Website → Configuration → Attachment Categories → [Category Name]
Clicking on any category opens its detail form where the category name and sequence number can be set. New categories can also be created by clicking the "New" button, allowing store managers to build a fully customized category structure according to their product documentation needs.
