This app allows you to efficiently manage project completion and closure reports by providing structured forms with dedicated tabs for reports, signatures, and internal notes, along with smart buttons for quick access to related records. It offers multiple views for better analysis and enables the generation of detailed project completion reports in PDF format.Only users with the Project Manager role can access and manage project completion reports in this module
Main Features:- Only users with the Project Manager role can access and manage project completion reports in this module.
- The module includes a dedicated Completion Reports Menu for easy navigation and a comprehensive Form View with multiple tabs, such as the Report Tab for project completion details, the Signature Tab for to configure list of signatures, and the Internal Note Tab for internal communication.
- Smart buttons allow quick access to related documents, enabling users to open Projects, Tasks, Sale Orders, and Invoices directly from the Completion Reports Form View.
- Various views are available for better data management, including List View for structured data, Calendar View for tracking project completion timelines, Pivot View for data aggregation, and Graph Views (Bar Chart, Line Chart, and Pie Chart) for visual representation.
- The module supports detailed reporting with a Project Completion Print PDF Report Menu, allowing users to generate and review structured completion reports in PDF format.
- Project completion stages can be effectively managed using the Stages Menu & List View, while the Stage Form View allows defining and editing various project phases.
- Signature management is streamlined with a Signature Roles Menu & List View, providing role-based signature functionality through the Signature Roles Form View.
