How it
Works?
Create Purchase Order
Step 1The company creates a purchase order with products and initial purchase prices. The purchase order is shared with the vendor through the Odoo portal.

Vendor Negotiates
Step 2The vendor accesses the purchase order from the portal. If prices are not acceptable, they can modify them. The PO moves to negotiation state.

Company Reviews
Step 3The purchasing team receives a notification. The company can accept the proposed prices or revise them and send them back.

Iterative Negotiation
Step 4The price negotiation continues until both parties reach an agreement. Updates are managed through controlled states.

Price Finalization
Step 5Once prices are agreed, they are confirmed on the PO lines. The PO can then be confirmed using standard Odoo workflow.
