How It
Works
Global Settings
ConfigurationNavigate to Settings > Barcode Configuration. This enables barcode functionality for selected modules globally.
Enable Sales
SalesEnable "Enable Barcode Sales" to unlock the Add Product Barcode button in Sales Orders.
Product Setup
Master DataEnsure relevant products have a valid barcode assigned in their product profile.
Start Scanning
WorkflowClick the "Add Product" smart button in a Sale Order or Quotation to open the scanning wizard.
Camera Feed
ScanningThe device camera activates to scan. Ensure browser permissions are enabled.
Auto-Add
ActionOnce scanned, the product is automatically identified and added to the list.
Quantity Increment
EfficiencyScanning the same barcode multiple times automatically increases the quantity.
Save to Order
CompletionClick "Save" to transfer scanned items to the Sale Order lines.
Mobile & Zebra
DevicesFully functional on mobile and ZEBRA devices. Scans via wizard or built-in scanner.
Adjust Quantities
MobileUse (+) and (-) buttons to adjust quantities before saving.
Purchase Orders
PurchaseEnable in Purchase settings. Add products via barcode directly in Purchase Orders.
Purchase Flow
ExecutionScan product, verify in wizard, and save to Purchase Order lines.
Mobile Purchase
MobileComplete Purchase barcode flow on mobile devices smoothly.
Inventory
StockEnable in settings. Barcode button appears in Stock Picking form view.
