| Free ships 2 templates (Sales Rep, Warehouse Worker) and 'Add' mode, limited to 1 user per apply. Pro adds 5 more templates (Sales Manager, Accountant Full, Accountant R-O, Warehouse Manager, Portal User), bulk apply (any number of users) and 'Replace' mode. Free trae 2 plantillas (Vendedor, Almacenista) y modo 'Add', limitado a 1 usuario por aplicación. Pro agrega 5 plantillas más (Gerente Ventas, Contador, Contador R-O, Gerente Almacén, Solo Portal), aplicación masiva (cualquier número) y modo 'Replace'. |

| No. Replace only modifies the user's group assignments — it removes all current groups (except Hidden/Technical) and adds the template's groups. Records owned by the user are untouched.
