How it works / Cómo funciona
| Pick or create a template Open Settings → Role Templates. Use one of the 7 ready-made templates (Sales Rep, Sales Manager, Accountant, Accountant Read-Only, Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Manager, Portal) or create your own from any installed security group. |
| Choose users and mode Click Apply on the template card or from a user form. Pick one or many users, then choose Add (keep existing groups + add the template's) or Replace (clear groups, then apply only the template's, preserving Hidden/Technical groups). |
| Preview and confirm Hit Preview to see exactly which groups will be granted to which users before anything is committed. When it looks right, hit Apply — done in one transaction, with chatter logging the change. |

| Free ships 2 templates (Sales Rep, Warehouse Worker) and 'Add' mode, limited to 1 user per apply. Pro adds 5 more templates (Sales Manager, Accountant Full, Accountant R-O, Warehouse Manager, Portal User), bulk apply (any number of users) and 'Replace' mode. Free trae 2 plantillas (Vendedor, Almacenista) y modo 'Add', limitado a 1 usuario por aplicación. | No. Replace only modifies the user's group assignments — it removes all current groups (except Hidden/Technical) and adds the template's groups. Records owned by the user are untouched.
