1. Easy Configuration
Access the new Margin & Discount Rules menu directly under your Sales Configuration. No need for Odoo Studio or complex Python code. It is built natively for business managers.
2. Define Granular Rules
Set rules globally, or restrict them to specific Users (e.g., Junior Sales) and entire Sales Teams. Trigger the safety net based on a Minimum Margin % or a Maximum Discount %.
3. The Safety Net in Action
When a rule is violated, the "Confirm" button is automatically replaced by Request Approval. The document status updates to a clear Waiting Approval badge. Managers are notified and receive an exclusive Approve Margin Exception button to override the block.
