Key Highlights
Access Contracts from Customer Portal.
Recurring Invoices for Contracts.
Sales Contract Menu
Go to Sales → Configuration → Contracts to create new contracts
Contract Creation
Fill in the contract details, add contract lines, and click “Confirm” to activate the contract.
Confirm Contract
When the “Confirm” button is clicked, the contract status changes to the “Ongoing” stage.
Generate Invoice
Generate invoices for contract lines using the “Generate Invoice” button, with the invoice count
displayed in a smart tab.
Lock Contract
Click the “Lock” button to prevent any further modifications to the subscription contract.
Unlock Contract
Use the “Unlock” button to unlock the subscription contract. Once unlocked, the contract can be
modified.
Automatic Invoice Generation
Invoices are automatically generated when the contract reaches the “Next Invoice Date.” The
invoice count is shown in a smart tab, where all related invoices can be viewed.
Contract Expiration
When the contract reaches the “Contract End Date,” the subscription contract stage automatically
changes to “Expire Soon” and then to “Expired.”
Cancel Contract
Click the “Cancel” button to cancel the subscription contract. Once clicked, the contract status
changes to the “Cancelled” stage.
Sale Order Lines
Under the “Sale Order Lines” tab, you can view all sale order lines related to this subscription
contract.
Portal Contract Access
Users can view their subscription contracts from the “My Contracts” option under Website → My
Account.
View Contract Details
By clicking the contract name, users can access the details of the subscription contract.
Print Contract
In the website customer portal, users can print the subscription contract as a PDF report.
