Auto generate internal reference feature for product. This module provide feature to add or generate unique product internal reference number with user defined prefix. This module contain the feature to replace the existing internal reference number for product. Using this module we can update or replace internal reference number in bulk.

Auto-Generated Internal Reference
The module automatically generates unique internal reference numbers for products. Each reference number can include a user-defined prefix, making it customizable based on business or user needs. This ensures every product has a unique identifier, preventing duplication and confusion.

Auto Generate Internal Reference Settings
We provide a configuration option to set a user-defined prefix for internal reference numbers. Once configured, every product’s internal number will be generated with the selected prefix.
By enabling the "Auto Generate Internal Reference" option, the system will automatically assign a unique internal reference number to every newly created product.
Update or Replace the Internal Reference in Bulk
We provide an option to update or replace product internal reference numbers in bulk. From the product list view, you can select one or more products and choose the appropriate option from the Action button, as shown in the screenshot below.
When you click on the 'Auto Generate Internal Reference' option, a popup window will open.
You can view the updated internal reference numbers, which will be generated or replaced as needed for both new and existing products.
