lost of money time, CSS issues and lack of professional support
Since 45 days I have tried to install their module which is 90mo ! once I could, I had CSS error message on my website (even for visitor). And then I Odoo informed me that huge numbers of lines of code lines was forcing me to me to upgrade within 30 days, with a cost estimated to 1'000 EUR per month , because I am on SAAS. Not only I have lost the 86 Euro of this module, but I was never been able to use it and spent a ridiculous number of hours to avoid problems.
I obvisouly desintallaed all in urgence, to avoid my database to be blocked or forced to pays a ridiculous amount of money.
The support of soft healer was always pushing back and never reimbursed me. They finally proposed a call after 1 month I asked for it. But considering the cost and CSS issue, that was not anymore a solution.
I strongly do not recommend this snippet and suggest you get a strong IT support since this provider will only take your money and send you video or ask your password to access your database.. not professional at all.
