Goto user setting and enable 'Zoho Configuration Manager'.
After that goto zoho credential menu and create zoho user and fill credentials and select your zoho account country.
Click the link and varify your zoho account.
After click on that link you will redirect to zoho login. here if you have not install crm so it will display page like this.
If you have installed crm on zoho, then you have to click on 'Accept'.
Now select account and click Sync Account. After successful importing account you can see log note like this.

For exporting a company from odoo to zoho. If any new then you can see the count of exported company in log note.

Enable Import contact and click 'Sync Contact'. After successful importing contact you can see log in log history

Imported contact with its company. (*Make sure you have to first import accounts and then import contacts so it will merge your contact with its company.)
Here we provide some extra fields it will helps to import export proper data. (*Make sure while you create a new contact in odoo you have to add first name and last name).
Here in contact form view, you have a field where you can define a zoho credential so that contact will export to the right place.
You can export mass contacts. Just select contacts list and click on 'Action' and select 'Export Zoho Contacts/Accounts'
After that here in this wizard, you have to select a zoho account where you want to export.
Filter Contacts On 'Not Exported to Zoho'.
Group By Contacts using 'Zoho Config'.
Enable Import Zoho Lead and click 'Sync Leads'. After successful importing leads you can see log in log history

Here in odoo we provide some extra fields. It will helps to import export leads proparly.
In Lead/Opportunity form view, There is one field 'Zoho Config'. You can just select appropiate zoho config, So that lead will be export to the right place(*while auto export is enable).
You can export mass leads/Opportunities. Just select a list of leads or opportunities and click 'Action' and select 'Export Zoho Leads/Opprtunities'.
After that here just select appropiate zoho account and click 'Export'.
Filter leads based on 'Not Exported to Zoho'.
Leads group by based on 'Zoho config'.
Goto the zoho developer console.
Click on Server-Based Application.
Here create a client. in home page 'yourdomain/home' and in Authorized redirect URIs 'yourdomain/home/crm'. and click create.
After that goto 'Client Secret' tab and copy 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret'. Paste in odoo creds.
Centralized dashboard to manage and monitor all connectors from one place. Quickly access sync summary, activity logs, and configuration controls with improved visibility.
The Dashboard displays the total counts for Authorised Configurations, Failed Queue, Pending Queue,
and Completed Queue, providing a quick overview of the connector's synchronization status.
Click on the Authorised Configure tile from the Dashboard to access and manage the authorization settings.
Clicking the Authorised Configure tile on the Dashboard opens the Zoho Configuration list view, where you can view and manage all configured Zoho connections.
Users can view the Module Queue Overview on the Dashboard, which displays the synchronization status and queue summary for each configured model.
Users can view the Connector Health status and Log History directly from the Dashboard, providing a quick overview of the connector's performance, synchronization status, and recent activity logs.
Users can view Financial Performance metrics on the Dashboard, including
key financial counts and summaries for a quick overview of business performance.
Click on View invoice button from the dashboard under financial performance.
By clicking on view invoices button, will open list view of all posted invoices.
Navigate to the Campaign tab, enable the Import Campaign option, and click the Sync Campaign button to import campaign records from the connected system into Odoo.
After the Campaign is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The Campaign Synchronization Queue contains the campaign records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
Select the required Campaign Synchronization Queue records, then click Actions -> Manual Import to import the selected campaigns into Odoo.
The selected campaigns are successfully imported and created in Odoo, where they are available for viewing and management.
Enable the Auto Export on Create/Edit Campaign option to automatically export newly created or updated campaigns from Odoo to the connected system.
Create a Campaign in Odoo and save it to initiate synchronization. Once the synchronization is complete, the mapped Zoho Campaign ID is displayed under the Zoho Configuration tab in the campaign form.
The synchronized Campaign is successfully created and visible in Zoho.
Users can manually export a Campaign from the Campaign Form View by selecting Actions -> Export Zoho Campaign.
Navigate to the Deals/Opportunities tab, enable the Import Deals option, and click the Sync Deals button to import Deals/Opportunities from the connected system into Odoo.
After the Deal/Opportunity is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The Deals Synchronization Queue contains the deal/opportunity records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
Select the required Deals Synchronization Queue records, then click Actions â Manual Import to import the selected deals/opportunities into Odoo.
The selected Deals/Opportunities are successfully imported and created in the Odoo CRM Pipeline, where they are available for viewing, tracking, and management.
Click the Fetch Zoho Stages button under the Stage Mapping section to retrieve and synchronize the available Zoho deal stages for mapping with Odoo CRM stages.
After the Zoho Stages are successfully fetched, the fetch status and related details can be viewed in the Log History section.
Create a Deal/Opportunity in the Odoo CRM Pipeline and save it to initiate synchronization with the connected system.
Enable the Export Deals/Opportunities option to allow Deals/Opportunities to be exported from Odoo to the connected system.
After the Deal/Opportunity is successfully exported, the export status and related details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The exported Deal/Opportunity is successfully created and visible in Zoho CRM.
Navigate to the Projects tab, enable the Import option, and click the Sync Project button to import Projects records from the connected system into Odoo.
After the project is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The project Synchronization Queue contains the project records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
The imported project is successfully created and visible in Odoo.
Select the Project from the projects list view and select Actions -> Export Zoho Projects.
Clicking the Export button opens the Zoho Configuration wizard, where you can select the required config before exporting.
The exported project is successfully created and visible in Zoho.
Navigate to the Tasks tab, enable the Import option, and click the Sync tasks button to import task records from the connected system into Odoo.
The task Synchronization Queue contains the task records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
The imported tasks is successfully created and visible in Odoo.
After the task is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The imported Tasks are automatically added to the related Project and are also visible in the Project Kanban View, where the total number of tasks is displayed for each project.
Users can manually export tasks from the tasks Form View by selecting Actions -> Export Zoho tasks.
The exported tasks is successfully created and visible in Zoho.
Navigate to the Vendor tab, enable the Import option, and click the Sync vendor button to import vendors from the connected system into Odoo.
After the Vendor is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The Vendor Synchronization Queue contains the Vendor records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
Select the required Vendor Synchronization Queue records, then click Actions â Manual Import to import the selected Vendor into Odoo.
Create a Vendor in the Odoo and save it to initiate synchronization with the connected system.
Select zoho Config in the contact.
Enable the Auto Export when create/edit option to allow vendors to be exported from Odoo to the connected system.
The exported vendor is successfully created and visible in Zoho.
Navigate to the product tab, enable the Import option, and click the Sync product button to import products records from the connected system into Odoo.
After the product is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The product Synchronization Queue contains the product records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
Enable the Export option, and click the Sync product button to Export products records from Odoo into the connected system.
After the product is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
Users can manually export products from the products Form View by selecting Actions -> Export Zoho Products/Items.
Clicking the Export button opens the Zoho Configuration wizard, where you can select the required configuration before exporting.
View the Zoho product ID mapped on the product in Odoo.
The exported product is successfully created and visible in Zoho.
Navigate to the Purchase ORder tab, enable the Import option, and click the Sync Purchase Order button to import Purchase Orders from the connected system into Odoo.

Select the required Purchase Orders Synchronization Queue records, then click Actions -> Manual Import to import the selected Purchase Orders into Odoo.

Navigate to the invoice tab, enable the Import invoice option, and click the Sync invoice button to import invoice records from the connected system into Odoo.
After the invoice is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The invoices Synchronization Queue contains the invoices records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
Select the required invoices Synchronization Queue records, then click Actions â Manual Import to import the selected invoices into Odoo.
Users can manually export a invoices from the invoices Form View by selecting Actions â Export Zoho.
Clicking the Export button opens the Zoho Configuration wizard, where you can select the required configuration before exporting.
The exported invoice is successfully created and visible in Zoho.
Navigate to Quotations/Orders Tab, enable the Import Quotations option, and click the Sync Quotes button to import Quotations from the connected system into Odoo.
After the Quotations is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
Enable the Import Orders option, and click the Sync orders button to import Orders from the connected system into Odoo.
After the Orders is successfully synchronized, the synchronization status and details can be viewed in the Log History section.
The Orders/Quotes Synchronization Queue contains the Orders/Quotes records that are pending import into Odoo from the connected system.
The imported order/quotations are successfully imported and created in the Odoo. Once the import is complete, the mapped Zoho quote ID is displayed under the Zoho tab in the sale order form.
Navigate to User Mapping tab and click on fetch zoho users.
Fetched record can be visible in the User/Owner Mapping section, with User name, ID and Email.
User can also fetch Odoo User.
Fetched user can be visible as a salesperson in the pipeline form view.
