Works for Delivery, Receipt & Internal Transfers
The module supports all major inventory operations, allowing businesses to manage corrections consistently across different transfer types.
Enable cancellation permissions by navigating to Settings → Users & Companies → Users, selecting a user, and activating “Stock Picking Cancel” to allow cancellation and correction of validated stock transfers.
A user processes a Receipt, Delivery Order, or Internal Transfer and validates it. The transfer status changes to Done, and the stock quantities are updated automatically.
After validation, the user notices a mistake in the transfer, such as:
* Wrong done quantity
* Incorrect product quantity
* Accidental validation of the transfer
* Stock moved to the wrong location

An authorized user opens the completed transfer and clicks the Cancel button.
The module reverses the stock impact of the transfer and updates inventory quantities automatically.
Once cancelled, the user can click Set to Draft to return the transfer to the Draft state.
This allows the transfer details to be edited again.
The user updates the required information, such as:
