A Documents smart button on every Project Task. Reach every file linked to a task in one click, with automatic Documents sync.
Documents Smart Button
A dedicated stat button on every task form showing the live document count for the record.
Automatic Sync
New task attachments are mirrored to Documents on creation. No manual upload step.
Backfill On Open
Older attachments that pre-date install are synced the first time you open the smart button.
Multiple Views
Open the task's documents in kanban, list or form view, scoped to that task only.
No Duplicates
A guard check prevents creating duplicate Documents entries for the same attachment.
Zero Configuration
Install and use. No settings, no security tweaks, no workspace setup required.
This module is built and tested against the vanilla (standard, unmodified) edition of Odoo 19. It depends on the Project module (Community and Enterprise) and the Documents module (Enterprise only).
If your Odoo instance has third-party customizations on Project or Documents (overridden task form view, custom attachment hooks, alternate Documents workspaces or routing rules, etc.), behavior is not guaranteed. Please reach out to our support team before purchasing if you are running a heavily customized Odoo Project or Documents setup.
