Purchase Order Weight & Volume
Track total weight and volume of products on Purchase Orders — per-line weight & volume calculations, order-level totals in the subtotal footer, and automatic print integration on PDF reports.

Automatically tracks product unit weights and volumes, calculating line totals (quantity × unit value) live on the form.
Order-Level Totals
Aggregated Total Weight and Total Volume automatically summed up and clearly displayed in the subtotal footer.

Optionally print weight and volume metrics on Purchase Order PDF reports — configurable via Purchase Settings.

Why Use This App?
Purchasing teams need to calculate logistics requirements before confirming orders. This module displays the total expected weight and volume of your order directly on the PO form. This prevents container overloading, matches transport capacities, and simplifies supplier delivery auditing.

1. Purchase Configuration & Settings
Enable "Weight & Volume PDF Report" option under Purchase configuration settings.
2. Purchase Order Form View (Live Calculations)
Track per-line item weights/volumes and view overall accumulated cargo weight in the PO subtotals panel.
3. Printed Purchase Order PDF Report
Prints line-level product weights and order total summaries at the bottom of the Purchase Order.
