Company Stamp & Signature
Print your official company stamp and personal signatures on quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery slips and payslips â positioned exactly where you want them, controlled per document.
In many countries a document without a stamp and signature simply isn't accepted. Instead of printing, stamping, signing and re-scanning every PDF, upload your stamp once, let each user upload their signature â and tick a checkbox on the documents that need them.
What it does
One stamp per company
Upload your company stamp or seal in Company settings. Set its printed size in centimetres and its position: left, center or right. Multi-company ready â each company keeps its own stamp.
A signature for every user
Every user uploads their own signature in their preferences â no administrator needed. Each signature has its own size and its own position, independent of the stamp.
Per-document control
Two checkboxes on every quotation, order, invoice, delivery and payslip: Show Stamp, Show Signature. Nothing is printed unless you ask for it â drafts stay clean, final documents get sealed.
Layout that behaves
Stamp and signature never collide: different positions print in their own zones, and when they share a position they sit neatly side by side. Images scale down automatically if space is tight.

Up and running in three steps
Upload the stamp. Settings â Companies â Stamp Information: image, size, position.
Upload signatures. Each user adds theirs under My Profile â no admin rights required.
Tick and print. Open any supported document, tick Show Stamp / Show Signature, print the PDF.
