Direct to Print - Print, Download, View

Direct to Print - Print, Download, View provides the following options for handling a PDF report,

Print: The PDF report can be printed directly from your browser.

Download: Save the PDF report to your computer by downloading it.

Open: Launch a new tab in your browser to view the PDF report.

Additionally, you can configure a default action for each report.

1. Install Direct to Print - Print, Download, View App

Install Direct to Print - Print, Download, View App From Apps.

One of the best features of this app is that No Subscription is required to print PDF reports. All you need to do is set up the configuration, and you can print the reports directly from your local printer. This feature is available at no additional cost.

2. Configure Default Printing Options

In order to configure default printing options, go to the Report Section and select any report action that you wish to print in PDF format.

2.1 Print: The PDF report can be printed directly from your browser.
2.2 Download: Save the PDF report to your computer by downloading it.
2.3 Open: Launch a new tab in your browser to view the PDF report.

2.1 Select Print Option

If you select "Print" from the default printing option, Click On Print,The PDF report can be printed directly from your browser,the PDF report can be printed directly from your browser.

2.2 Select Download Option

If you select "Download" from the default printing option, Save the PDF report to your computer by downloading it.

If you select "Open" from the default printing option, Launch a new tab in your browser to view the PDF report.

3. Default Printing Options Is not selected

If you do not select any Options from the default printing option, It Will Launch A modal window with options for Printing, Downloading, and Viewing PDF Reports.



If Default Printing Option Is Not Configured Then It will be shown modal window.

4. Nothing to set in default Printing options


Print: The PDF report can be printed directly from your browser.

Download: Save the PDF report to your computer by downloading it.

Open: Launch a new tab in your browser to view the PDF report.
