POS Mobile
This module integrates Odoo Point of Sale with WhatsApp, allowing cashiers to send order details and receipts directly to customers from the PoS screen. After validating a PoS order, the user can trigger a WhatsApp message that includes key information such as items, total amount, payment status and an optional receipt link or attachment. Messages are based on configurable templates and use the customerâs saved mobile/WhatsApp number, while all communications can be logged on the related PoS order. This integration reduces paper receipts, improves customer communication and makes it easy to share purchase information instantly via WhatsApp.
