Add your GPT assistant to messenger channels and configure how it works
Features
1. Assistants in messenger channels
This module integrates your assistant into messenger channels created by UnitSoft messenger connectors. When a customer sends a message in a messenger, the assistant can respond in the same conversation.
2. Configure assistant per project
Select which assistant should be used for a messenger project and set additional instructions. This allows you to customize behavior for each bot/project.
3. Automatic replies (if no operators)
The assistant can be used as a first-line responder when operators are not available, depending on your project settings.
Step-by-Step Instruction
1. Install dependencies
- Assistant module

This module is an extension of our us_assistant module and any of our messenger integration modules (Telegram, Viber, Whatsapp). Therefore, you must first purchase a module, for example, Telegram, and then purchase this module (the assistant module is included with this module).
2. Configuration
- configure the assistant module.
- configure the messenger module, which you have installed.
Next, you need to configure assistant in bot. You choose an assistant, then choose whether the assistant joins only when the operators are absent or not. And you write individual instructions for the bot.
