This feature allows the dealership to assign and manage a unique Dealer Identification Number (DIN) at the company level. It helps in uniquely identifying each dealer, ensuring proper traceability of vehicle records, sales, purchases, and compliance-related information across the system.

This feature allows users to register vehicles with complete details such as make, model, license plate, category, and ownership information. Each vehicle is automatically assigned a unique Vehicle ID, which helps in accurate identification, tracking, and linking of the vehicle across sales, purchases, inventory, and service operations.

Path :- Sales → Products → Products

This feature automatically creates a product record whenever a vehicle is registered. The vehicle is marked as a sellable and purchasable product, allowing it to be directly used in sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory operations. This ensures seamless integration between vehicle records and the sales–purchase workflow without any manual product creation.

Path: Sales → Orders → Quotations

This feature allows users to create and manage sales quotations directly for registered vehicles. Vehicle products can be added to quotations with pricing, taxes, and customer details. Once confirmed, the quotation is converted into a sales order, enabling smooth tracking of the complete sales process from customer inquiry to final delivery.

Path: Purchase → Orders → Requests for Quotation

This feature enables users to create and manage purchase RFQs for vehicle products. It helps in sending quotation requests to vendors, comparing prices, confirming purchase orders, and tracking expected deliveries. This ensures a smooth procurement process and keeps vehicle inventory updated automatically.
