AI Vendor Intelligence Agent
The AI Vendor Intelligence Agent module provides a complete solution for automatically evaluating, scoring, and ranking suppliers in your Odoo database using the power of AI. Instead of manually reviewing purchase orders and delivery records, your procurement team simply configures a few settings and lets the AI do the work. The module supports OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini to analyze delivery performance, quantity fulfillment, price stability, and lead time accuracy across your purchase history, generating a data-driven supplier intelligence report.
The entire process is managed through a guided five-step dashboard that walks your team from configuration all the way through to reviewing a fully rendered, interactive AI results panel directly inside Odoo. Configure the forecast window — either all-time purchase history or a specific number of recent days, the system generates a structured Excel data file and sends it to selected provider along with your business context, after the results appear as a fully interactive dashboard — with ranked Top 5 lists for usual delays, fastest deliveries, and best rates, a category-by-category winner breakdown, an executive summary, and a concrete action plan.
Every analysis run is fully logged with the run timestamp, status, token consumption, which model used, and a richly formatted HTML report that mirrors the dashboard — including the executive summary, delay rankings, delivery rankings, best-rate rankings, and action plan — so historical results are always accessible and auditable without re-running the AI.

01 After installing the module, the AI Dashboard app appears directly on your home screen, giving you quick and easy access to all AI features and configuration options from one place.
02 From the Configuration menu, you can set up your AI provider API key and choose the LLM model you want to use, with support for OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.

Open the Vraja AI Dashboard
From the Odoo main menu, navigate to Vraja AI → Dashboard. You will see all available AI
cards, including the AI Vendor Intelligence Dashboard card that was automatically
created on module installation.

Open the Vendor AI Card
Click the Review button on the Vendor AI card. the Dashboard will appear like this.

Add Business Context
Provide overarching company information and supply chain priorities for the AI
assistant.

Configure Forecast Settings
Select the desired forecast period (All Time Data vs Preferred Data) for evaluating
purchase history
A Scheduled Auto Run option is also available at the bottom, which when enabled will
automatically run the AI analysis and display results on a daily schedule without any
manual action in odoo. Once all settings are configured, you click Save Data to proceed
to the next step.

How does the AI identify the best rate vendors?The AI scans the Aggregated SKU Summary for SKUs that appear under more than one vendor and compares the average unit price per vendor for those shared SKUs. The vendor with the lowest average price across the most shared SKUs ranks highest. If no shared SKUs exist, the price consistency score is used as a fallback. |
