POS Order Validation
Secure POS order validation by requiring authorized users to enter their password before completing a POS order.
POS Order Validation module adds an extra layer of security and control to the POS checkout process by requiring selected users to enter a validation password before completing an order. Administrators can choose which users require validation from the POS settings and assign a dedicated password in the user form view. When a selected user attempts to confirm a POS order, the system prompts for the validation password. Only after entering the correct password can the user proceed to the payment screen. This helps prevent unauthorized transactions, improves accountability, and ensures that only authorized staff can finalize POS orders.

Install POS Order Validation Module
Install the POS Order Validation module from the Apps menu to enable secure order validation in POS.
Configure POS User Validation Settings
Select the POS users who must enter a password before validating POS orders.
Assign Validation Password to User
Enter a validation password in the user form view for the selected POS user.
Password Verification Popup
When the user clicks the payment button, a password verification popup appears.
Invalid Password Alert
If an incorrect password is entered, the system displays an invalid password notification.
Access POS Payment Screen After Validation
Once the correct password is entered, the system redirects the user to the POS payment screen.
