Dropbox Connections Management:

DropBox Storage Integration Workflow
- Configure Dropbox settings and enable required options.
- Add and authorize a Dropbox connection.
- Verify the successfully connected Dropbox account.
- Create a folder mapping by selecting the connection and model.
- Save to automatically generate the Dropbox folder path.
- Use the Export Attachments or Open Folder in Dropbox options.
- Confirm the created folder is visible in Dropbox.
- Upload documents from Sales Orders using Upload to Dropbox.
- Verify the folder and complete the upload.
- View uploaded files in Mapping -> Files.

Dropbox Configuration Settings
Configure Dropbox access, set bulk export limits, define the default Dropbox account for uploads, and enable automatic deletion of files from Dropbox when removed in Odoo.
Dropbox Storage Dashboard
Displays added files and folders with storage details, along with a pie chart showing the distribution of stored files and folders.
Dropbox Connections
Allows users to add, view, and manage Dropbox connections.
Add Dropbox Connection
Enter the connection name and required credentials, then click Connect to Dropbox to authorize the account.
Connected Dropbox Account
Shows the successfully connected Dropbox account after authorization.
Folder List
Displays all created Dropbox folders for review and access.
Create Folder Mapping
Enter the folder name, select the Dropbox connection, choose a related Odoo model or leave it unrestricted, then click Save to create the mapping.
Folder Path & Actions
The Dropbox folder path is generated automatically after saving, and export attachments and Open Folder in Dropbox options become available.
Folder View in Dropbox
The created folders are visible directly in the connected Dropbox account.
Upload from Sales Orders
Open Sales Orders and use Upload to Dropbox to attach documents to the mapped folder.
Verify and Upload Documents
Verify the connected Dropbox account, select the created folder to view attached documents, and click Upload to complete the process
Export and Open in Dropbox
Use Open Folder in Dropbox to attach documents directly from Sales Orders or any selected model, or use Export Attachments to upload files to the mapped folder.
Dropbox File Visibility
Uploaded documents are visible in the connected Dropbox account.
File Mapping View
Displays all documents uploaded to the mapped folder in the Files section.
File Detail and Actions
Open any file to view details and use the Action button to download or delete it.
Upload from Product Variants
Documents can be uploaded directly from Product Variants using the available upload option.
Dropbox File Access
Uploaded files can be viewed directly in the connected Dropbox account.
Upload from CRM
CRM records include an Upload to Dropbox option for direct document upload.
Upload from Invoices
Invoices provide an Upload to Dropbox option for direct document upload.
Upload from Vendors
Vendor records allow documents to be uploaded directly to Dropbox.
Upload from Purchase RFQ
Purchase Requests for Quotation include an option to upload documents directly to Dropbox.
