Marketplace RMA
Marketplace RMA for Odoo provides a complete solution to manage product returns, refunds, and exchanges in a marketplace environment. It allows customers to create return requests directly from their orders through the website portal by selecting the product, choosing the request type (refund or exchange), and providing a reason. Sellers can review and manage these requests from the RMA management menu, where they can approve or reject the request. Once approved, the system automatically creates the return picking process in inventory, allowing the seller to receive the product and proceed with a refund or replacement. This module ensures a structured return workflow, better return tracking, and improved customer experience for businesses using Odoo.
