It allows customers to create return requests directly from their orders through the website portal by selecting the product, choosing the request type (refund or exchange), and providing a reason. RMA Reason Management:

  • Admin can create and manage different RMA reasons that customers can select while submitting a return request.

Return & Exchange Configuration:

  • Sellers can configure return and exchange settings from the product form using the Return & Exchange tab.

Customer RMA Request from Portal:

RMA Reasons Management

Admin can create and manage RMA reasons that customers can select when submitting an RMA request.

Return & Exchange Configuration

Sellers can configure the return and exchange settings from the Return & Exchange tab inside the product form.

Customer RMA Tracking from Portal

Customers can track their RMA orders from the My Account section on the website.

Create RMA Request from Order

Customers can create RMA requests from their orders for individual items or the complete order using the Request RMAs action button.

Submit RMA Request

Customers can select the product, choose the request type (Refund or Exchange), add a reason, and submit the RMA request.

Item-wise RMA Request

Customers can create an RMA request for a specific item by selecting the request type and providing a reason.

RMA Order Management

Sellers can create and manage customer RMA orders from the RMA Order menu.

RMA Request Approval

Sellers can review RMA requests and either confirm or reject them from the RMA menu.

Automatic Return Picking Creation

After confirming the RMA request, a return picking order is automatically created.

Inventory Restocking

After validating the picking order, the returned item is restocked in the inventory.

Refund or Exchange Process

After receiving the returned item, the seller can proceed with the refund or exchange process.

Refund Processing

Sellers can process the refund for the returned product by clicking the Refund button.

Product Exchange

Sellers can replace the returned product by clicking the Exchange button and selecting Replace All.

Order Status Update

After completing the RMA process, the order status is updated to Replaced or Refunded in the product information section.

Customer RMA Request Details

Customers can view their RMA request details from the portal, including product information, request type, reason, and request status.
