It allows businesses to create and manage custom order stages with defined messages, dates, and icons for better tracking representation. Users can update order status directly from sales orders, preview the tracking view, and manage multiple orders efficiently. On the website, customers can track their orders using a Reference ID, view product details, and access the complete tracking timeline and history. The module also adds a dedicated tracking page and menu option for quick access. This solution improves transparency, enhances customer experience, reduces support dependency, and streamlines the overall order management process.

Menu Integration:
- The Order Status option is added to the website menu, allowing users to quickly access the order tracking page from anywhere on the site.
Custom Order Status Stages:

General
Order Status Configuration
Displays all existing order status stages for review. Clicking on the New button opens a form to create a new stage.
Create Order Status Stage
Clicking on the New button opens a form to enter stage details such as stage name, priority, date, information, and icon.
Filled Stage Details
All required details for the order status stage are filled, including stage name, priority, date, information, and icon.
Order Status Stages List
All configured order status stages are listed here for easy review and management.
Sales Order with Update Status
After creating a sales order, the Update Status button is available to update order status directly.
Update Status Popup
Clicking on Update Status opens a popup to select the stage, with auto-filled date and message that can be modified.
Preview Order Tracking
After selecting a stage, the system auto-fills details, and the Preview option shows how the tracking will appear to the customer.
Customer Order Tracking View
Displays the complete order status timeline along with order details as visible to the customer.
Website Menu - Order Status
The Order Status option is available in the website menu for quick access to the tracking page.
Order Tracking Page
Users can enter their Reference ID to track order status, and the Track Order button shows full tracking details. The reference help option assists users in finding their ID.
Order Tracking Result
After clicking on Track Order, the page displays complete order progress, tracking details, product information, and tracking history.
Reference ID Help
Clicking on the Reference ID option displays a guide to find the Reference ID.
Bulk Order Status Update
Using the Action button, users can update the status of multiple orders at once.
